Fatal Beating

Two men will stand trial for a fatal beating in Battle Creek. Rick Stevens died last November, a short time after he was beaten and robbed not far from his home. 18-year old George Price and 20-year old Deleo Richardson-Powell both face charges including open murder and larceny. Reports say Stevens walked away from the attack, but collapsed and died about an hour later. The two accused men face life in prison if convicted.
