Woman With A Gun

A woman from New York State is in the Calhoun County Jail after an incident involving a handgun Monday afternoon. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a possible armed robbery at Loves Travel Plaza off I-94 in Marengo Township just after 2PM. Officers located a 43-year old woman with a 45-caliber revolver. Three people said the woman pointed the gun at them as they entered the parking lot. Police believe she’s a transient. They are seeking numerous weapons charges against her.
