Rollover Arrest

Battle Creek Police made an arrest after a rollover accident early Saturday. They found the vehicle near Bedford and Halbert Roads. The 18-year old driver had left the accident scene, but was located a short distance away. He told police he lost control of the car when he swerved to miss a deer, but did not intend to make an emergency call. The officers determined the teen had been drinking and took him to jail.
