Fugitive Caught

The Silent Observer Fugitive of the Month for April is in custody. 16-year old Marquis DeAngelo Nelson was wanted for Assault with Intent to Murder. He was arrested late Tuesday night at an apartment on Sharon Avenue by members of the Battle Creek Police Gang Suppression Unit. Officers were acting on an anonymous tip on Nelson’s location.
