Body Found

Police are investigating after a body was discovered just off of the 131 Business Loop in Kalamazoo County. A driver, forced to walk due to car trouble spotted the body just north of Douglas Road in Kalamazoo Township Thursday evening. Police say it was the body of a black male, but they don’t know how long it had been there, or the cause of death. They say the body was intentionally covered and the death is being investigated as suspicious. An autopsy is scheduled for today.
