Drug Bust

A Portage couple faces charges after police say they found a meth lab in their home. The Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team raided a home in the 55-hundred block of Lexington Circle Tuesday night. Inside they found a meth lab hidden in the basement, and evidence of past meth production. There was also a homemade ventilation system to expel the toxic fumes that accompany meth making. The 42-year old man and 40-year old woman who live there weren't home at the time. Both are now wanted on drug charges.
