Daycare Sentencing

Sentencing was scheduled Thursday for a Springfield daycare provider convicted in the death of a five-month old baby boy. Ruth Ann Jarvis was found guilty last month of Involuntary Manslaughter and 2nd Degree Child Abuse in connection with the death of Damien Lewis. Investigators said while he was in her care, she gave the baby the sleep aid Ambien. He overdosed and died. Jarvis could get up to 15-years in prison.
