Hit-And-Run Arrest

A 37-year old Bellevue man is expected in court for arraignment today in connection with a fatal hit-and-run from last summer. 51-year old Richard Clarke of Battle Creek was killed while riding his motorcycle in Pennfield Township on the night of July 9th. Investigators determined there was another vehicle involved in the crash, but had left the scene. New information led detectives to the suspect. They have also recovered the other vehicle involved in the crash.
