Foley Hearing

A Branch County man, charged with murder in the death of his wife was scheduled to be in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing. Thomas Foley is accused of shooting Dee Dee Foley to death in their home near Girard in February. The victim was an elementary school teacher in Union City for almost 20 years. A judge will decide whether there is sufficient evidence for the case to proceed to trial.
