Suspect Arraigned

A Battle Creek man was arraigned Tuesday on charges of assault with intent to murder, unlawful imprisonment and armed robbery. Police had been looking for 21-year old Comfort Glass since a January incident in Battle Creek. He was arrested over the weekend in Portage and is being held on a 200-thousand dollar bond. A second suspect, 23-year old Jerrell Jones was arrested at the scene of a drug deal that turned into an assault. Both Jones and Glass face up to life in prison.
