Hospitalized 4-Year-Old Leads to Meth Bust

A Kalamazoo man convicted of manufacturing meth will be serving time behind bars. A Federal Court ruled on Monday that Jeremy Adams will spend five years in prison, followed by three years of supervised release as well as over one thousand dollars in fines. Police were tipped off last April when a 4-year-old child in his home was taken to the hospital for difficulty breathing. KVET officers suspected the difficulties to be the result of fumes from meth production. Upon searching the home they found Adams to have an active meth lab.
