Silent Observer has deemed Marquis Deangelo Nelson their Fugitive of the Month for April. The Battle Creek man is wanted by both local and state police for Assault with Intent to Murder. Authorities believe that Nelson is armed and dangerous. The fugitive is described as being about 5’11”, 200 pounds, and having black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Marquis Nelson is encouraged to contact Silent Observer. Informants with substantial leads may even qualify for a $1,000 reward.
