High School Horeseplay Lands Student in Hospital

A Pennfield High School student is still in critical condition after suffering a head injury on Monday. 17-year-old Sheldon Westworth fell off the hood of his friend’s car while in the school parking lot. Westworth’s injuries were severe enough to warrant the need for a surgery the following day. While police are not confident that the 16-year-old driver intended to injure Westworth, the investigation is still ongoing.
