Garvison Sentenced
The Bellevue man responsible for the hit-and-run death of a Calhoun County teen was sentenced Monday. Carl Garvison received two to five years in prison after pleading no contest to a charge of leaving the scene of an accident causing death. Garvison ran over 15-year old Kraig Milsap as the teen walked along Raymond Road in Emmett Township in December of 2007. He fled the scene but was arrested several months later. Garvison apologized to the victim’s family at his sentencing. Four more serious charges were dropped in a plea deal.

that is a bunch of bs he hasent said sorry one time he dont care at all but he will meet his maker and then he will get what he should be getting now LIFE not no pitty 2-5 years i ever see him im gonna run his ass over my self and see how he likes it!!!!!!!!
