Foley Prelim Delayed

The preliminary examination for a Branch County man accused in the February murder of his wife has been postponed until later this month. Thomas Foley was scheduled to be in court on April 8th. He’s accused in the shooting death of Union City Elementary teacher Dee Dee Foley in their home near Coldwater on February 7th. Prosecutors asked for the delay because next week is spring break, which will affect the availability of witnesses. The exam has been rescheduled for April 29th. Foley is being held without bond.
