Battle Creek Settles With Rose

The City of Battle Creek has reached a settlement with Dujuan Rose, who sued the city for ten-million dollars. Police made a routine traffic stop in December of 2006 that ended with Rose being assaulted. One of the officers involved in the incident was suspended…the other was fired. The amount of the settlement was not officially disclosed.
