Fatal Crash Suspect

Police have released the name of the suspect in a fatal drunk driving crash. 33-year old Brent Blowers of Burlington was arraigned Thursday on charges of operating while intoxicated causing death and manslaughter. 78-year old Doris Bender was killed Wednesday when the car she was in was broadsided at the intersection of 11 Mile Road and V Drive South. Her husband, 82-year old Dale Bender was seriously injured. Police still want to question a woman in a white van who stopped to help at the scene of the accident.
