FairTax Fails

An effort to put the FairTax up for a vote in Michigan has ended for now. Petitioners failed to gather enough signatures to put the proposal on the November ballot. State House Republican Fulton Sheen was leading the effort and says he's not giving up. He says he'll introduce the FairTax proposal in the state legislature.
