Kellogg in China

The Kellogg Company continues to grow. Kellogg President and CEO David MacKay says one of its majority-owned subsidiaries has acquired nearly all the assets of Zhenghang Food Company, a Chinese cookie and cracker maker. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The acquisition includes two factories and the company employs about 18-hundred people. According to MacKay the deal with Chinese company, also known as Navigable Foods, will build Kellogg’s presence in China.
