Kalamazoo Man Facing Charges

A 22-year-old Kalamazoo man is facing multiple charges after an incident at a store Friday afternoon. KVET members responded to the East Main Food and Beverage around 5:30pm after a clerk there reported a man with a gun in the store. The suspect had allegedly made threats and showed a pistol, then fled on foot. Officers caught up with the suspect a short time later. He is now charged with felonious assault, felony firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, resisting and obstructing, as well as another outstanding warrant.
