Teen Arrested Twice

A 17-year old suspect was arrested on drug charges twice on the same day. Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers spotted the teen Wednesday afternoon near Westnedge and Ada , rolling a joint. He was arrested…then released after being booked for possession and posting a 100 dollar bond. About an hour later, officers noticed the same suspect in the same location, rolling another joint. Police found he also had some crack cocaine and was arrested and jailed on two possession charges and violating his bond conditions.
